Doc Zavod is a practicing Ear, Nose and Throat doctor and Facial Plastic Surgeon. He is also involved in the administration of medicine, believing that the system can always be improved. He is driven by creativity. You might find him building tables, composing music, finding new ways to improve patient safety, learning about carburetors, and writing books, lyrics and poetry. Look for the Doc singing in theaters, stadiums, farmer’s markets and, yes, his car. The Doc lives in Northern California with his family.

Orsolya Orbán, whose nickname is Orshee, is a very passionate children’s book illustrator, who was born, raised and is living in Transylvania, Romania. Her illustrations always have a healthy dose of humor, like her depiction of Dr. Ridiculopickulopot. Her characters are funny and quirky but can be extremely sad, too.
